From regulatory changes to Federal monitoring to reauthorization, grantee performance and advocacy are intrinsically linked. Recognizing this connection, RIVHSA implemented the Program Assistance Fund (PAF) in 2003 to promote grantee success by facilitating review readiness or post-review compliance. PAF is offered exclusively to our member agencies expecting a Federal monitoring review in the current fiscal year. Eligible grantees may receive financial reimbursement up to $1500 for training and technical assistance services received for review readiness or post-review compliance. The Office of Head Start uses the monitoring process to assess grantee operation, performance and continuous program improvement, and our PAF program is designed to support grantee growth and development in each of those areas.
RIVHSA is committed to telling your collective story in a compelling manner through direct campaigns, government relations strategists, multi-level networks, and coalitions with shared interests to achieve results.
