Now, more than ever, the voice of early care and education is critical not only in Washington, D.C but also in capital cities and communities across the southeast. RIVHSA represents the unified voice of the regional Head Start community to legislators in support of policies, initiatives and partnerships that positively impact our regional Head Start/Early Head Start community.  RIVHSA is committed to telling your collective story in a compelling manner through direct campaigns, government relations strategists, multi-level networks, and coalitions with shared interests to achieve results.

BECAUSE OPPORTUNITY MATTERS

Over the years, Head Start has experienced tremendous growth in all areas of service delivery.   Consequently, programs seek quality resources and breakthrough information, products and services to meet their present and emerging needs.  RIVHSA actively seeks innovative partnerships opportunities with private, public, and government sector entities.  Partnerships amplify our mutual interests and success while also increasing awareness of what we do best - prepare today’s students for tomorrow.  From our Program Assistance Fund to the Awards/Scholarship program, RIVHSA also uses initiatives to drive performance and recognize achievements of our membership.
